One of the largest number of female racers ever to take part in a car race meeting happened on Sunday 28th June during the Scottish Motor Racing Club meeting. Five young female chargers took on their male counterparts at the Championship meeting in the Formula Ford, Scottish XR2 and Mini Cooper races.
