Karting
Karting is the opportunity to race! Up to 12 karts with full electronic timing means this is your chance to beat the boss or show your skills to the rest of your Group.
We can tailor the karting races to suit your group... from racing as an individual against others to team races for up to 4 people per team (up to 10 teams).
On the Day
Our purpose-built Karting Centre, with 500 metres of a quick and challenging outdoor circuit and state of the art lap timing technology, is THE place to unleash your competitive streak and bring all your race-craft skills to bear. You’ll take to the driving wheel of one of our Sodi GT2 Karts which are capable of 50mph - giving you plenty of power and speed to race wheel-to-wheel against your fellow group members in pursuit of victory.
Our karting staff are friendly, very experienced and fully trained. Our location is second to none based in the heart of Scotland’s National Motorsport Centre!

Sodi GT5 Karts
Our Sodi GT5 karts are powered by LPG fuel with a Honda GX270cc engine. Boasting speeds up to an impressive 50mph these versatile karts offer high reliability, excellent driving and agility and outstanding quality shock absorption.
The Track
Our purpose built karting track is 500m long by 9 metres wide, fully floodlit and available 7 days a week all year round. Our Pro Karts can reach speeds of 50mph on the straights and tackle the twists and turns of the track with ease.
We have an average track time of 36 seconds with our Pro Karts. Up to the minute lap timing technology is installed in every Kart at Knockhill allowing you to track your progress and take home a printout of your times.

"Spent this morning at Knockhill Karting centre doing the 25 lap sprint race, had an amazing time sliding round the damp track in a kart. The race marshals kept a close eye on things to make sure we were able to have a fun time while keeping us safe at all times. Already planning the next time we hope to go back and have more fun, kind hope the track is damp for the next time we visit... trying to keep the kart straight while sliding around the track added to the fun experience :)"

"We loved our go karting experience despite it being a typical Scottish miserable day, we had had a lot of fun. We arrived 5 mins late due to getting lost and the staff efficiently got us up to speed. After the safety brief we got kitted out in overalls, helmets and gloves and we were in the karts in no time, the outdoor track is fast and a lot of fun and the Karts were in good condition and pretty easy to drive. We had a really good time and would definitely recommended"
