The BTCC drivers are all arriving on-site ahead of the BTCC race weekend. Firstly, we caught up with Gordon Shedden and Dan Rowbottom from Halfords Racing with Cataclean to preview the weekend ahead.
Next up to talk to Duncv is the man that occupies 2nd
in the overall standings for BTC Racing, Josh Cook – already a 4-time winner in
this season. Whilst on the other side of the garage, Jade Edwards aims to continue
the progress she made around Knockhill last year in only her 2nd year
racing a Touring Car around Knockhill.
Our Touring Car race week build-up wouldn’t be complete without the annual paddock tour, showing you guys were everything will be housed this weekend at Knockhill. Make sure you wander round not just the track, but the paddocks as well… you never know who you’ll bump in to… especially if you are autograph hunting.
The final activity of Friday is the BTCC shakedown, a 20-minute window for the
cars to circulate on track to ensure all systems are go for practice/qualifying
tomorrow. If you haven’t got your tickets yet, make sure you head online and
pre-book them this evening. We are in for a superb weekend of racing.

Free Practice 1 – 9:50am to 10:30am
Free Practice 2 – 12:15am to 12:55pm
BTCC Qualifying – 3:30pm to 4:00pm
Tickets for the event can be pre-booked online this evening (and all the way throughout the weekend) via the Knockhill website with tickets emailed instantly to your mailbox. Tickets will also be available on the gate throughout the weekend.
