Highlights from the final round of a curtailed 2020 season for the Super Lap Scotland Championship organised by the Knockhill Motor Sports Club. We had our biggest entry of the season for the final encounter of the year and with all championships still up for grabs, there were plenty of thrills and spills on a dramatic day of action around Knockhill’s unique twists and turns.
Champions:
King of the Hill: Adam Morrison and Francis Simpson
Pro: Matthew Lawson
B: Andy Clotworthy
C: Francis Simpson
E: Fraser McNeill
F: Michael Imrie
G: Adam Morrison
Congratulations to our 2020 class champions and a hearty thank you to all the people who turned out to compete in 2020. We’d also like to make a special mention to all those behind the scene that help run, organise and deliver the series. This year has been a challenge, but it’s been great to series rise to the challenge and we now move forward to 2021 with the assurance that whatever the year throws at us, we will be able to deliver another compelling SLS season for drives and fans alike.
If you like what you see and want to get involved with SLS in 2021, give SLS co-ordinator Duncan Vincent a shout – he’ll be more than happy to help.
