Official BTCC race winner Adam Morgan Racing will make the trip north to Knockhill this weekend to compete in the Celtic Speed Scottish MINI Cooper Cup. Adam will be driving the number 99 Courier Connections guest car previously piloted by Aiden Moffat Racing.
The car has been supplied by Courier Connections Managing Director Martin McGeough as part of a fund raising campaign for Childrens Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).
Adam fresh off the back of his win in the Chinese Touring Car Championship will be looking to impress and enjoy himself in this closely contested Mini series.
Martin McGeough said ‘It is exciting to get a driver of Adam’s profile on board as we try and raise as much money for CHAS as we can. Whilst the aim is to raise as much money for the charity by the Raffle to win this car in September, we are also hoping for some strong results over the weekend.’
The Minimax Motorsport prepared machine has already sat on pole twice this season and taken a brace of victories at the first round, it will not only be a quick car for Adam at the weekend but for it’s eventual winner when the raffle is drawn in September.
Tickets are available, and you can keep up to date with the Courier Connections Race Car Raffle on the Facebook page. Racing starts at 10:30am on Sunday 11th July at Knockhill Racing Circuit.
