Rory Butcher, one of the most promising young drivers to emerge from Scotland in the last decade is getting a chance to shine in the Porsche Carerra Cup next weekend as part of the British Touring Car meeting. The young Kirkcaldy drove the Official Guest car two years ago and put in performances beyond his years. This time round, Rory is driving one of the 4 Celtic race teams 911s in the pro am 2 class. The regular team cars of Tommy Dreelan (pro am 1 class- Milltimber), Bob Lyons (pro am 2 – Oyne) and George Brewster (pro am 2 -Edinburgh) will all be on the look out for super fast Rory as he makes his debut in the Championship this year.
