With less than 48 hours remaining until Britain’s best drifters take to the Knockhill tarmac for ‘Judgement Day’, the finale to the British Drifting Championship season. A couple of notable foreign entries have also decided to participate this weekend.
Dutch duo, Remmo Niezen and Lars Verbraeken will take to the track in a couple of 500bhp BMW E30s. The pair will be flying the colours for Holland and Team Falken, whilst trying to out-perform their British counterparts. Both have competed in the BDC before, indeed Remmo, took victory in his first ever British event. Both drivers are highly skilled drifters, have very flamboyant styles and their BMWs are serious drifting machines. Various modifications have been made to these vehicles which allow both Remmo and Lars to compete at the very top.
Alongside the bumper BDC entry, this weekend also represents the final opportunity for Scotland’s Car Clubs to score points in the Knockhill Car Club Championship. As such, 19 clubs have already confirmed that they will be present this weekend. That equates to over 200 tuned and customised show cars representing the likes of Honda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Vauxhall and Nissan.
Unfortunately the previously timetabled free drag and drift sessions will no longer take place. Timetable constraints and a shorter lunch break will regrettably mean that we won’t have enough time to enable us to run these sessions.

You can purchase tickets for both Saturday and Sunday for the BDC element of the show. However the main supporting show (Streetcar Scotland) and BDC finals will take place on Sunday 30th September.
Sat Tickets (1.30pm – 5pm): Adult £5, Concession £3, Kids under 12 go free.
Sun Tickets (9am – 5pm): Adults £15, Concession £8, Kids under 12 go free.
