Over the past few months we have been surveying our Driving Experience customers who attended Knockhill between November 2013 and March 2014. And, we are delighted to say, that on the whole, we seem to be providing an excellent service. Now that’s not to say, we’re happy with that! We want to provide an exceptional service and our “Good, Not So Good and The Constructive” survey has highlighted some real strengths and of course, some areas for improvement that will take our Driving Experience Days onto the NEXT level.
If you have been to Knockhill for a Driving Experience, we’d appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey. There are 8 simple questions and the more data we can collect, the clearer picture we can gather about how we are performing.
We also thought that we would share a few of the comments we have received over the past few months with you:
Racing Car experience: Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Knockhill. Friendly helpful staff who made me feel very relaxed and let me enjoy my day. The tuition, car, track and overall experience was great.
Rally Experience: I loved my experience today and my instructor was great. The briefing was fun and upbeat.
Legends experience: Me and my brother loved Legends racing!
Aston & Ferrari experiences: was very nervous before driving and was instantly put at ease by both instructors. At no point did you feel incapable of driving the SEAT or the Aston. Very enjoyable experience.
Ultimate Drivers Experience: Instructors more than happy to have a laugh as long as you drive to instruction and within your limits. Great people all round!!
Performance Drive/Driver Coaching: No pressure, non judgmental, constructive criticism. I leave after each visit genuinely enthused, a better (and safer) driver, wondering when I can fit in another visit.
Rally & Skid Combo: Great fun driving the Subaru, never driven one before so good to try it out.
4×4 experience: Had a brilliant laugh….lots of fun and a bit of a competition with the others – a great day out
Skid course: I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Although I had been on the course some years ago I didn’t do as well I think as then in one of the exercises – perhaps because I’m older!!
What they thought about us and their Pre Visit- Received as a gift, but all the information provided was very good. Booking track time was simple and problem free. Good communication all round
Karting Endurance Race: Great fun and just the right amount of bends and straights!
Kids Karting Session: My boy and his pals had an absolute ball and were treated fantastically well, we will be back for sure!

That core value remains the same now, as it did in 1974 when Derek Butcher first opened the gates to Knockhill Racing Circuit.
