Next weekend (June 7th / 8th) will see the track lit up again for the annual visit by the British Drifting Championship. Some of Europes top drifters will take on one of the most challenging drift tracks in the world at Knockhill.
Saturday action from 1pm sees the Knockhill track used in opposite directions simultaneously as the Club drivers tackle the hairpin tri oval layout whilst the Pro’s practice the famous ‘hill layout from SEAT Curve, down Duffus Dip, left through Leslie’s and right through Scotsman Corner. With entry speeds of around 100mph, it is one of the fastest and most difficult, and most spectacular drift tracks in the world.
Sunday 8th is the challenging first corner track only with amazing action all day, climaxing in the final shoot out at the end of the day. Tickets are £4 in advance and £5 on the day for the Saturday action and £13 in advance or £15 on the day for Sunday. Buy a weekend ticket for £15 and you effectively get Saturday for free!
