See up to 150 eager car owners take to the famous twists and dips of Knockhill Racing Circuit. Hot Hatch Track Days are open to experienced and new drivers alike, so why not make this day your first time on track? This event is a special one as it's combined with our 3rd show car event of 2024 - the Six Flags car show featuring cars from Britain, Japan, France, Germany, Italy and America.
If you’d like to participate in our Hot Hatch sessions on the day, book your space via our Trackdays website and spectator admission tickets can be purchased via this page. If you are a show car, purchase your ticket and tick the box at the check-out stage to register your car.
Our famous Hot Hatch Track Days are as exciting for the drivers as they are for spectators. These unique track days give owners of road cars and track cars the opportunity to enjoy the challenges of our famous BTCC circuit.
Gates open at 8am for the keen drivers who will all receive a safety briefing ahead of venturing out on track. Five groups of cars will each be given repeating 10 minute sessions to explore the limits of their car, and themselves.
For spectators, there is the enjoyment of watching a wide variety of cars being put through their paces, and off track with our open paddocks, you can get up close to the cars and take pictures of your favourite cars. Both Kinnairds Bistro and the Paddock Cafe & Bar will be open to enjoy a variety of quality sit-in or takeaway food.
Track action will be from 9am to 5pm with a break for lunch.
• Hot Hatch Trackday - Join up to 150 other cars on track as you enjoy the thrills and spills of driving the Knockhill track - in your own car – in front of an enthusiastic audience.
Please remember that Knockhill is an outdoor venue and you should dress appropriately for that. There can be changeable weather conditions therefore extra clothing and sensible footwear is advised, with trainer type shoes or walking boots preferred (no leather soles or high heels please).
Being on a hillside, the spectator bankings and some pathways are steep, so please take extra care when moving around the site. As we are a motorsport venue, no dogs are allowed on site apart from Guide Dogs.
Additional clothing, hats, gloves and sun cream can be purchased from the Circuit Office should you require. We look forward to seeing you at Knockhill and very much hope you enjoy your visit.
We've a jam-packed season ahead, here are some other events you might be interested in attending.
